Monty and Vito's Diner was born from 30 years of being Vegan and Coeliac. Whilst choice over the years has improved for those with a vegan and gluten-free diet, I still felt there was a huge gap in the market for Vegans and Coeliacs. This, alongside my passion and love for American Diners, here we are! 

For me my values are not just about providing choice, but providing a service that creates really delicious food, and showcasing what is achievable for those following Vegan and gluten-free diets. I believe everyone should have a choice regardless of dietary needs or ethical choices.

My kitchen is completely gluten-free to protect both my customers and me.

I handpick the healthiest choice for ingredients, and only the highest quality to ensure every bake is full of depth of flavour. I provide sweet, savoury and seasonal menus all delivered straight to your door by post.
